Services Muir Automation LLC provides marketing automation and business communication services to small and medium-sized businesses.
Payment Service fees are billed monthly. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and ensuring compliance with applicable laws regarding customer communications.
SMS Compliance Clients agree to use our SMS services in compliance with all applicable laws including the TCPA. Muir Automation LLC is not liable for client misuse of communication tools.
Intellectual Property All materials, workflows, and systems created by Muir Automation LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability Muir Automation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Termination Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Muir Automation LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
